Very delicious and reasonably priced food. The weekly menu offers many varieties. The portion size is also very good.

We had party at home last week and they catered for us. My family members enjoyed the food so much. They took care of every details that we asked for. I really appreciate their work and food. Waiting for to visit them again.

Super disappointed…Ordered a chicken chaser wrap and it was first off tiny. No lettuce tomato or like anything that would make it a Caesar wrap other than the dressing. I wouldn’t not be so irritated if it wasn’t 10$. Which is wildly over priced for a tiny chicken wrap.

J’étais un client dans le passée mais lorsque j’ai retenté de le devenir, ils ont eu l’incendie.Premièrement ont pris le paiement après la date de l’incendie, sachant pertinemment qu’ils ne pourraient pas honorer ma commande du moins dans les délais.Lorsque l’on s’informe au sujet du remboursement, que j’attends depuis le mois d’août, aucune réponse de leurs part outre celle de cette été et leurs publications sur Facebook d’attente de leurs assurances. Cela fait bientôt 6 mois que j’ai effectué ma commande, aucun remboursement effectué ni réponse de leurs part.J’étais client et franchement décevant le respect clientèle que vous avez. Tenir les clients informés et leurs répondre serait le minimum attendu.

Loving this new one company i tried, being as a IT professional i am able to get good food when i reach home, prices are very good of what i am getting. and taste is way better than couple of companies i tried. , A must try items are their south indian and biryani day.

Few bites in and I decided to give this store 5 star.First time here I was scrolling in uber eats and there's really not many options to eat in barrie at least Chinese food or sushi. I've ate almost every place. I had the pork friend dumplings and they are bomb must have. The sushi is pretty good it taste clean. Clean is a big compliment. However this place isn't a sushi place it's considered a snack place but I can say it's not bad for a place for light dinner I will return. The brown sugar drink was meh I wouldn't buy again but the tapioca was soft and sweet which is nice.The lady who packed my order was Cantonese and really friendly. Owner or manager or just employee I'm not sure but gave a welcoming smile.Give this place a try if you haven't.

I was a customer of Yogi's Tiffin Services from September 2022 to March 2023 (6 Months). In this time I have tried almost all of their dishes from the North Indian Thali (as well as a few Special menu offerings), talked with many customer support agents and accumulated various other service related experiences. This qualifies me to vouch for their tiffin service with respect to various parameters enlisted below.Food Quality - (4/5): The food for the most part is great. They have a good assortment of various veg and non veg selections on. The taste was almost always great, hygenic and good for health. One place where it does lack is the quality of rotis and rice. Even though they say they use whole wheat flour, I and many of friends with whom I shared the tiffins on a regular basis have felt that maida (white flour) is used to prepare rotis. Rice is okay for the most part but sometimes the rice we received happens to be slightly undercooked.Customer Service (3.5/5): This aspect is highly variable. There are times when I have received excellent customer service.Niharika and Samiksha in particular know how to assist customers and I always hoped it was one of them that I talked to whenever I had an issue. They were always kind, actually LISTENED to my concern and always resolved my issue swiftly. However, other customer support agents (won’t take their names - they know who they are) have been an absolute nightmare. Some of them seem like they hate their jobs, have no regard for their customers’ grievances. Take hours of your time to reach no resolution and do essentially nothing apart from reading scripts as if the person on the other side is a robot. A recent example of this is when I tried conveying to the customer agent that I received only double rice with Paneer bhurji and that I wasn’t informed their roti machine had broken down and that I didn’t want them deducting the credit. The agent took more than 1 hour of my time to say in the end that I should renew my subscription if I’m concerned with running out of meal credits even though I had already expressed my intention to discontinue from Yogi’s services. Agents like these should really learn a thing or two from Niharika or Samiksha. Niharika and Samiksha on the other hand deserve a raise and/or promotion.Kitchen and Deliveries (3/5): The kitchen deserves more criticism than the customer support. Most of the things that go wrong are because of the kitchen and/or the delivery guy yet customer support is the one taking the blame for their carelessness. There have been numerous times when I have received an incorrect selection, their roti machine has broken down, received my tiffin way after 8PM (their service promise) or a spilled dish. Customer support can’t do anything about these issues. These are logistical issues and they should be solved like any other logistic issue.Management (2.5/5): I don’t know if I have anything positive to say about the management. Akshat in particular should not be a manager because he doesn’t talk to you unless you’re super angry and are about to cancel your subscription.Overall: 3/5: On the whole, they are a great tiffin service provider. They do have some strengths like the option to select menus conveniently, customer service and various other customization options like pausing, changing address etc. However they really need to improve some fundamental things like their kitchen issues like packaging the correct items, prevention of roti machine breakdown and logistics (consistent delivery times). Over time these issues have deteriorated to the point where they have lost at least my subscription (4 customers). I really hope the owner sees this review as an opportunity to work on these shortcomings. You’re welcome Mr. Yogi!

Their corn more expensive than the one down on the road.The one down on the road corn stand tastier than theirs. Because they put herbs in their water.Their vegetable prices ohhh myyy !! sky rocket HIGH. They can be despite the middle of no where finding vegetables and fruits BUTnot that much high!! have some decency please. you are disgustingly high priced.

To unsubscribe you gotta call their customer service like its the 90's, and their food taste like heated michelinas.I do not recommend.
